On July 14, 2023, the distributed PV project of Tongfu Microelectronics constructed by Tonghe New Energy Group was successfully grid-connected in Chongchuan District, Nantong.

Tongfu Microelectronics is a leading domestic enterprise in IC packaging and testing, providing one-stop design simulation and packaging services for global clients. Its businesses cover communication, consumer electronics, AI and automotive electronics with global manufacturing bases.

Tonghe’s engineering team delivered high-standard design prioritizing reliability, adopting mature equipment and practical optimization to improve system efficiency and reduce construction costs.

Built on corporate rooftops with 3.5MWp installed capacity, the project delivers 88.7207 million kWh total lifetime generation, 3.5488 million kWh annual generation and 1,092.33 annual utilization hours. Compared with thermal power generation, it saves 1,085.94 tons of standard coal, cuts 2,938.43 tons of annual CO₂ emissions and conserves massive freshwater resources. In the future, Tonghe will expand diversified new energy businesses to support client Dual Carbon targets.
