On October 30, 2025, the 1.79006MWp rooftop distributed PV project of Suzhou Tech City Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was successfully grid-connected. It delivers stable energy supply for the park, fulfills environmental targets and advances sustainable development.
Located in western Suzhou adjacent to Taihu Lake and Dayangshan National Forest Park, Suzhou Science and Technology City is a core component of Suzhou’s “One Core, Four Cities” layout and the administrative center of Suzhou High-Tech Zone. As China’s first large-scale R&D innovation base jointly established by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Jiangsu Provincial Government and Suzhou Municipal Government, it has been accredited as Jiangsu’s Top 10 Innovative Parks, National Torch Program Medical Device Characteristic Industrial Base, and China’s first National Intellectual Property Service Cluster Pilot Zone.
Situated north of Zhenbei Road and west of Zhongtang Road, Tong’an Town, Suzhou High-Tech Zone, the project adopts the self-consumption with surplus fed to grid model. With an installed capacity of 1.79006MWp, it generates 1.72 million kWh annually and reduces 1,057 tons of CO₂ emissions per year.
This milestone project expands the Group’s green energy portfolio. As another distributed PV project commissioned following the implementation of the 531 New Tariff Policy, it demonstrates our robust capability and proactive resolve to deliver new energy projects efficiently amid policy adjustments.
Since project initiation, we have implemented rigorous multi-dimensional screening and refined full-process management. Fine-grained cost estimation and optimized design were adopted from the planning stage to cut unnecessary expenditure. Close coordination with financial partners ensured timely capital allocation, underpinning smooth construction and grid connection.
