Huzhou Wanda Plaza (Phase II)

On March 4, 2026, the 0.7719MWp carport-mounted distributed PV project for Huzhou Wuxing Wanda Plaza (Phase II), constructed by Suzhou Tonghe New Energy Group, was successfully connected to the grid, marking a key step in local clean energy adoption. This marks the second collaboration between the two parties: Phase I was a 1.5MWp rooftop PV system, while Phase II repurposed the open-air parking lot with steel carports topped with PV panels, efficiently utilizing idle space to generate green electricity.

As a local commercial landmark, Huzhou Wanda Commercial Management upholds green development and supports China’s "Dual Carbon" strategy. This partnership represents another major initiative in sustainable operations.

Located at 899 Dasheng Road, Wuxing District, Huzhou, the project leverages the site’s prime location and open carport space to deliver "parking + power generation" dual value. Upon grid connection, its average annual output is 713,323 kWh, reducing 212.57 tons of coal and 438.19 tons of CO₂ annually.

The project supplies green power to meet part of the plaza’s electricity demand. As an innovative structure integrating PV power generation with traditional carports, it provides shading and rain protection while producing clean energy, serving as a highly efficient spaceutilizing green solution for future urban development.
