On September 24, 2024, the project at Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Logistics Park, constructed by Jiangsu Gaojin Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., was successfully grid-connected, marking new progress for Xiangtan’s new energy industry.
With mature development and complete supporting facilities, Xiangtan Logistics Park boasts superior transportation and investment environment. Adhering to sustainable development principles, it optimizes infrastructure and industrial chain investment to attract enterprise settlement.
Located at Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Storage & Logistics Park, Yuetang District, the project has an installed capacity of 852.93kWp covering 6,000㎡. Total lifetime generation reaches 19.75 million kWh, with annual generation of 790,000 kWh, reducing 235.41 tons of standard coal and 485.27 tons of CO₂ yearly. Construction started on July 23, 2024 and was completed in over 60 days.
Adopting the self-consumption with surplus fed to grid model, it effectively cuts park energy costs. Throughout construction, the Group upheld high standards for quality and efficiency to deliver premium engineering works.
According to State Grid forecasts, Xiangtan’s peak power load will rise by 5.58% year-on-year, with new energy generation accounting for 22% of peak demand. Grid-connected PV capacity will alleviate power supply tension and support regional economic development.
